Web 2.Woe
Ever since the first rush to make a gazillion dollars off the internet back in the late 90s, “urban” magazines have been trying to transition their brands to the web. Most of them failed horrilby, cursing the day that office nerd came up with the idea of registering a web address and putting stuff on that dang gone interwebsite.
It looks like we’re in for repeat performance as our media are scratching their heads wondering why they aren’t doing MySpace and YouTube numbers. The National Alliance of Developers had a pow wow to try to make sense of this dot orgy of content.
